Not about the festival of Photography today.
Today Rebecca from the UK came to visit me for a day, we are from the same age that's so awesome . We know each other trough my Canadian family in Winnipeg. Of course we made both photo's from what we saw and did today. The weather was fantastic today (26 degrees), so after drinking a coffee at the backyard of JoAnn's house :
JoAnn showed Rebecca the 'Bussumer Hei' with the wild cows, the dog IOS went with us and we liked the walk very much, we had some laughs also!
We had a lot of fun making photo's by self timer, we didn't work at all so after 1-8 photo's we found out that there was nothing on the memory card.
We visited a part of the Festival of Photography by foot, the rest we saw by car while driving around.
Above :and the Church square with just the feet(!) of statue "Comenius" on it( he is a writer) behind us. (The man who took the photo asked us, what should be on the picture; "us!" we said!
Under: a flat photo sticked on the streets, Rebecca had to sit down to see it better like other people did too.
Rebecca sat down on one of the the festival crick's, Watching photo's about Cuba,Hawai, Usa, Holland, and much much more countries. Very interesting to see their culture, lifestyle, the way they are dressed, buildings and surroundings.
Finally whenever you are in Holland, you must drink a coffee 'verkeerd' ( she did not) or eat croquettes or eat "BITTERBALLEN!!!" So Rebecca liked that also, hmmmmm yummy! Yes! this was a very good day,
Thank you Rebecca for coming here, and have a good journey back to The Hague, and where you go after that. So maybe we'll meet again someday, Never say Never, right?

What a great time you seem to be having. How nice for you. It is too bad she does not live in Holland heh? May be one day she'll come back.
Love Truus
Thanks Jo-Ann, I had a great time, perfect company, perfect place and perfect weather. What more could a couple of girls ask for?!
