Today we drove the "Cheese-Route in the Auvegne"
Or the " Routes des Fromages d' Auvergne"
Under: The AUVERGNE CHEESE's
....The Cantal in The Auvergne is having the most Types of CHEESES ...
The only department with so many AOC cheeses as the:Cantal, Salers, Fourme d'Ambert, Bleu d'Auvergne and the Saint-Nectaire. The “Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée” is garanty you the Quality and that this cheese is Originally made in this AUVERGNE area. TODAY We followed the CHEESE-route: de “Route des Fromages d’Auvergne” Everywhere on this route you can find te Cheese-farms where they make this fantastic tasted cheeses, the owners/makers like to show you with pleasure all of their products and they like to show you their small factories or/and cellars....... Everywhere on this ROUTE you can taste and buy the cheeses, classified with the AOC of the Auvergne

Above Left: The smallest cup on earth: "The ESPRESSO",
Above Middle :The (bigger/normal ) cup of "COFFEE-A-LONGUE"
Above left: Served with a typical bread/cookie "the POUNTY" Hmmmm!

I/JoAnn, prefere the bigger size of COFFEE, this "Coffee -A-Longue" is not the same as the ( also bigger size of p) "Coffee Americano", because the A- Coffee is made with Nespresso cofffee. The original French cup of coffee, is Fresh made for each seperated cup of coffee, even when you take a small or bigger cup: .... The French Coffee has THE best taste on earth besides the Italian Coffee of course....
