more Canada

Canada, one of the gasoline stations and the famous Maple leaf sign, also the sign in the Canadian flag.

The continuing story of JoAnn's family visit in Canada:
We: Theo, Truus and JoAnn went on tuesday to a shopping-mall, we bought there a great birthday present ( quess what?)for Theo, his birthday is this weekend the 17th, he is still very young boy, from heart.

Truus and Theo showed me their old (first) house in Winnipeg, they lived there at nr 4 . Behind their old house there is a 'kind of' little lake, ( in winter with snow the 'lake ' is usefull for catching all the water wich is coming out of the snow.....) Now at this time of the year, the (gooses) ducks are swimming in it and they are making theirselfs ready for a long fly to the south.

Today is wednesday, I am still in Canada.... and Theo had a lunch with his son Ron.... he brought us with his car to his daughter Yvonne's.

We Truus, Yvonne, Aila and JoAnn(under) went out together.

Yvonne is also a book-cover-designer, she showed me three of her designes.

Below: We visited a very old cathedrale .

A Building (Cathedrale) from the year..... read the Roman signs, and let me know what year haha. And also with a very beautiful garden...

We visited the famous "Forks" building , now there all all kinds of different countries/culture shops in this building

The "Forks" building is having a beautiful vieuw on top, we went there by a glass-windowed elevator. Inside the building ther are also all kinds of snack-stores so we took a drink and frites.

Under: the little shops are very nice also expensive oops!
