Travelling in "Zeeland"/Holland
ABC..= J-for JoAnn thats me,
J= for "Jarig"= Jarig = Dutch in English its: "Birthday")
And ...J = for Japanese ......
What has J-Japanese food to do with Travelling in Zeeland?
Nothing really to be honest, but SUSHI's are B.J's favorite food and because its B.J's-Bday on the 22th of September, therefore we are serving on his Birthday these Japanese snacks, like the -below- photo , there are several kinds of Sushi's possible .
*
A SUSHI is a Japanese food-snack ....overall made with several Fishtypes ( such as: Salmon Crab etc) or also wrapped in (black-green) seapaper. The Sushi is filled with sticky white spiced Rice, its best served with a salt sauce named "kikkoman"and an hot spicy -green- peppered tasted stuff named: Wasabi paste. Serve a medium dry white wine with the Sushi's. Bon Apetite and Happy B-day wishes for B.J :)

Above; Sushi a Japanese food-snack, enough for 4 persons.
Because the Sushi's are filled with white rice, therefore 2-4 sushi's a person is enough.

a long road over water.....very impressive to see...
Its a long drive to get there( for us 3-4 hours incl a break) ,
but Zeeland is worth to visit!

Above, More windmills and we are entering "Zeeland"

Above: Once you are in "Zeeland" on one of the islands, even inside the city we visited there are many bridges, they open and close ( the roads over the brigdes open/close too) when a boat is passing. Her people's on bikes and by foot are wating for the bridge to open....
