Click Here to visitDENISE other ABC blogs
Z zzzz for abc-Wednesday
&
The Dutch "ZIJ"....
=has 2 meanings, in English you say: THEY & SHE

Z=The Dutch word "ZIJ"= English for THEY
"ZIJ"/WE.... are He/she/Dog- animal , "ZIJ"/we are a HAPPY family...
*
Some more/other words with a Z....
ZERO... The first number before 'One'
ZEN and the art of Motorcircle (=a book)
ZON, Dutch for SUN
ZONK OUT, falling asleep. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
ZORRO , Man with the cap" A Hero" like Batman...
*
Below picure thats a " ZIJ"
= The Dutch "ZIJ" means also fro English 'SHE '

Above: Do you notice , 'left' My empty sleeve ? ...
ZieZO!= Zo...Thats It!
WHY is that Zo?
Because...Look!

On ABOVE Photo My shaduw is showing YOU my passed situation, ( see my left arm/shoulder-shadow) ZIEZO!!!!! since yesterday the mitella is gone ,YEP! I was wearing a Mitella for 6 weeks after my shoulder operation. Now I must wear a "sling" this is a much easier 'thing' .Because since today, I can wear a T-shirt or coat 'the normal way' with BOTH ARMs inside my "Coat-T-shirts" in BOTH my sleeves. For anyone thats normal but for me its still a miracle!! I am completely used to 1 arm movements....I am used that I cannot carry anything, but that will stay a long-er- time , I better carry nothing havier than 1 mug of coffee! The process goes very slow, I start with more movements day by dayby day. The recovery will take some more couple of months , its NOT painless to start moving again, but thats OK... Though I am recovering slowly but its a POSITIVE progress. I am so glad, can you imagine?
*
Have a good ABC...Wednes- 'or other' day..
Thank you for your comments

JoAnn,
I hope you are feeling much healthier soon. It must be hard to take photos with your arm and shoulder all bandaged up!

Thank you for the time you put into your z post. Languages can be so confusing, & i have so much admiration for those who can confidently move from one to the other. Your pictures go really well with your words too.
Pleased to hear you are recovering from your shoulder troubles.

I'm educated again. I love the way we all come up with such varied choices, and here I have learnt some new words and seen such a cute animal.

Like your new header.

I immediately zoomed (see the Z?) on your sleeve. So, it's an "old" photo! Happy to see that you got rid of your mitella, as you hoped for!

I'm pretty sure you will be feeling 100%healthier soon!

I guess it must be hard to take photos with your arm and shoulder all bandaged up but you are a fighter so that's why I miss your blog a day or two and you have several great photos to be seen.

I'm very, very busy because I am two weeks aways from holidays and I am trying to put each and every little paper I have ready; as you know us lawyers work with papers and deadlines so I really am makig a big effort to leave no tasks behind.

And since I work in a City Hall and me and the Mayor have different (very
diferent) political ideas I must beware!

Thanks for reminding me of that book -- Zen, and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance...   That would be a good one to re-read if I can ever find some spare time some day...

Hope you and Ios are having a great Z day. Best regards, Don and Kitty
