Its was so white from snow as this winter in HOLLAND! We are slowly used to see the snowwhite fields,paths, bikelanes and roads (more salty roads).... but every season has its own speciality,
.....for Holland this is an extremely snowy winter, we DUTCH are skating or taking a wintersleep :) Take care you out-there!

Winter white can be beautiful but tiresome after so many weeks of it.
I like your pictures JoAnne and the prose that goes with them.
But, you have captured the beauty of the "white" even if you are tired of it. These are fabulous shots!

No sleep here! Chopping wood, snowshoeing in the woods, hanging out with the cats, walking them on the ice. Life is good!

Hi JoAnn. Each time I visit it gets harder to link to your site, but your work is even better than the last time. Can this continue? Your photo site looks terrific, but I'd love to see the images large.
As to the snow, I love it, but this winter its keeps passing around us. Now, this week we are finally having an extended storm.
The sheep shots are terrific. Keep up the good work.
And it's still raining here in California... Kind of cold too -- must be below 50 this morning; terrible, terrible, terrible...
