History of Festival Off
The Photo festival-Off exsists since the 2th Photofestival in the city Naarden Vesting (NL) back in 1991, teh photographs are showed in shopwindows or on the streets, on billboards on the site of the Vesting rivers. the Festival Off is a cllection of Photographers , pro's and amat
eurs who started their own exibition at their own riosk and expenses. Any shopwindow , shed or garage will do. its absolutely worth seeing this photo's. Come and see!!!
