()FRANCE; CASTEL Sepia 1- Wooden-Stairs-Steps

TRAVEL-JOURNEY:

We are travelling through FRANCE and visiting several Chateaus / Castels .

The Castels are used as Hotels and they are called "CHARMING HOTELS", the rooms are as big as appartments, so charming (in style) spacious and wonderfull to stay in , when you are lucky the Castel has its own libary with many (French) books, sometimes we take a "halfboard" service, thats a Breakfast and Dinner, with the local food made by "the Cheff", that's worth trying, when you would like to taste the food /wines of the area.... we try thats now and than and its very tasty and great to do!!!

Above: Looking down at the 3-4-5 floors old brown WOODEN stairs,
Crack !crack! crack! Are the steps saying while we walk over his wooden steps.... we've also wooden floors in the big rooms....No elevators here ? (we found one ,hidden on the side, for the housekeepers maybe. we needed that elevator for our dog...)...Big spacious land around the Castel, so mch space here... BROWN Cows are walking in the wild on the many hills, so beautiful! We do not need gymnastics nor sportschool here....

We keep you informed on this blog about our travel in France/PERIGORD area...

Thank you for your comments:)

I like the repetitive look of the stair steps and the attractive graphic quality they add to the shot. The overall toning gives the image a very special look. Nice shooting!

Wow. That is the kind of place that seems to give off a magnetic force, transforming your readers to ask the existential question, "Why can't I go there and just be there for the rest of my life?".

Have safe travel always joann.
